What makes this role important at Ipsos?

The Senior Project Assistant will provide day to day support with data entry on significant projects.

What you can expect to be doing:


  • Provides superior administrative support to deliverables


  • Sets-up/maintains appropriate electronic and hard copy project folders and project-related documents


  • Assists with moderator calendar entries


  • Coordinates project deliverables


  • Other administrative duties as seen necessary


  • Project management: Coordinating market research studies including project scheduling, coordination and implementation


  • Performing data analysis, interpretation and verification


  • Preparation of reports and presentations

This might be the job for you if you have:


  • High School Diploma or higher


  • Advanced knowledge in quantitative research methodologies


  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.


  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated a commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information.


  • Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning.


  • Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
