Shipping Clerk

• Prepare accurate shipping paperwork for customer orders.
  
  
• Complete shipping transactions in company systems to support timely order fulfillment.
  
  
• Coordinate with customer service to arrange freight based on customer needs.
  
  
• Communicate with customer service regarding shipping requirements and shipment-related issues.
  
  
• Identify and help resolve potential shipment issues that could affect on-time delivery.
  
  
• Enter requisitions for supplies based on operational demand.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and organized shipping documentation.
  
  

• Three years of clerical experience.
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
