  • Utilize modern AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI assistants, to accelerate operational reporting, synthesize complex findings, and streamline internal communications.
  • Identify and implement workflow efficiencies through AI-assisted optimization, automating repetitive tasks where possible.
  • Provide hands-on operational coordination across various testing teams and operational depots.
  • Facilitate smooth operational handovers and ensure sites are fully prepared for testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with site operations leads, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient utilization of validation resources and the achievement of testing targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, operational coordination, or technical operations.
  • Strong analytical background with a proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret operational data to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience building formulas, pivot tables, and reporting templates.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI assistants) to draft documentation, analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, or optimize workflows.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (15-30% expected travel) and comfort working directly on-site from operational vehicle depots as needed.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar.

Preferred Qualifications:
