What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute critical Go-To-Market and Events initiatives, serving as a primary external-facing representative for strategic engagements.
• Establish and maintain lightweight yet effective oversight and budget monitoring processes, including tracking spend triggers and defining next steps when thresholds are met.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with key partner teams, including Sales, Ads, Marketing, and Events, ensuring seamless alignment and smooth execution of processes.
• Contribute to the strategic development and operational excellence of initiatives that directly impact market engagement and product adoption.
• Leverage your program and operations management expertise to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, from conception to successful completion.

What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in operations and program management, with a proven track record of successful execution in complex environments.
• Ability to establish and manage robust budget monitoring processes, including tracking usage and defining actionable next steps to maintain financial health.
• Comfortable coordinating and driving processes with diverse internal and external partner teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for effective collaboration, communication, and project management.
• Familiarity with ad and marketing ecosystems, particularly experience with large advertising platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Exposure to Go-To-Market (GTM) or sales functions, especially within events roles, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience with leading technology or advertising platforms, showcasing adaptability and industry knowledge.
• Background in consulting or communications, bringing strategic thinking and clear articulation to complex problems.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools into workflows, and hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Google Gemini, Anthropic/Claude, or ChatGPT.
