We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role within an Agile team, where you will be instrumental in accelerating the speed to market for critical promotional materials across multiple digital channels. Your expertise will directly influence how life-changing information reaches patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to the highest brand standards.

What You'll Do:

• Work within an Agile team to create, adapt, and manage content for promotional materials.
• Participate in developing brand content expertise for the use, maintenance, and application of content to promotional materials.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing support and guidance for content maintenance, creation, and adaptation.
• Partner with the team to define content requirements for the development of digital promotional materials.
• Work closely with internal team members and external creative agency partners to regularly update and refresh content.
• Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously through the review process, from initial concept kickoff to final approval.
• Attend meetings to review promotional pieces and implement changes as instructed.
• Proactively identify and solve problems as they arise to maintain project momentum.
• Assist the Agile team with various tasks as assigned to ensure seamless operations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Project Management and Marketing.
• Prior production experience in successfully guiding promotional materials through various stages and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong process-oriented mindset, coupled with a keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
• Prior experience working in a regulated industry.
