Schedule: 2nd Shift 1:30pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday

• Assist with press setup, including loading paper, ink, and other production materials.
• Support press operators with machine adjustments such as ink levels, registration, and tension settings.
• Monitor equipment during production runs and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Load and unload paper rolls, sheets, and materials as needed.
• Prepare and stage materials to ensure efficient workflow and production readiness.
• Stack, sort, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks to identify defects, inconsistencies, or printing errors.
• Help ensure all printed materials meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of press equipment and work areas.
• Maintain organized inventory of production materials and supplies.
• Track production data, materials used, and any operational issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, schedules, and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn printing equipment operations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred
