To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com. Summary The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing an assigned book of business and providing exceptional service to clients. This role serves as a trusted day-to-day resource, building strong relationships with clients and carrier partners while ensuring account needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and proactively. In partnership with Account Executives and Advisors, the Senior Account Manager oversees renewals, marketing activities, client and carrier communication, and ongoing account servicing. The ideal candidate brings strong insurance knowledge, excellent organization and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while delivering a consistently high level of client service. This is a full-time opportunity with the flexibility to work hybrid from our Albany, NY or Fishkill, NY offices. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. The base salary range for this position is $53,500 -$71,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
