Mortenson is currently seeking a Lean Technician I or II to join our Solar Team that will assist crew leads and forepersons with applying Mortenson's kaizen-based continuous improvement approach to enhance work safety, streamline processes, and improve project outcomes. Location: Preference given to those located in the Southwest region (Arizona, California); also open to the following states/regions: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Florida and the Carolinas. Travel: This is a 100% travel position; requiring temporary relocation to a project site and working on a rotation schedule. Locations may vary based on the project. When your project is complete you will be assigned to another project. Mortenson hires for a career. This position offers opportunities at both levels I and II, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location. RESPONSIBILITIES

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
