Position Summary/Department Summary:
Boston Children's Martha Eliot Community Health Center provides primary and preventive care for children, adolescents, and young adults, including well-child appointments and sick visits. Patients age 4-21 and families. We are currently seeking a 30-hour LICSW social worker to join our team in Jamaica Plain - free parking!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing ongoing mental health treatment to children and adolescents in the mental health department of a busy community health center serving a culturally diverse population.
  • Performing diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team and should expect to work in close collaboration with primary care in an integrated care model.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • A master's degree in social work
Experience:
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with various therapeutic modalities.
  • The ability to provide trauma informed care.
  • Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with

Licensure:
  • LICSW in the state of MA is required

This is a 30-hour/week position that is eligible for full-time benefits!
This person must attend Wednesday clinical meeting - 8:30-9:30 am
The schedule requires one evening, possibly two evenings until 6 or 7.
Potential for remote hours once oriented with the team
New hires are eligible for a $3,750 sign on bonus!

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
