Cape Fox Mission Systems(CFMS) is seeking an experienced Operational Psychologist to provide advanced support services to the US Army. This is a highly critical and rewarding position. Candidate must be eligible for a Top Secret with SCI clearance.

Core Duties:



  • Ability to conduct data analysis, formal job analyses including program validation, and relevant research to facilitate process improvement; managepersonnel selectionrecords and database.
  • Required to receive andmaintainprivileges for assessment andselectionat a Military Treatment Facility.
  • Shall support the assessment andselectionof incoming personnel and provide feedback to unit leadership on suitability of personnel to serve within certain military organizations or positions.
  • Conduct, administer, and interpret a full spectrum of psychological assessment tools and consult with command personnel.
  • Provide professional development and awareness education to leadership and INSCOM personnel as requested and support non-clinical mental resiliency and performance enhancement programs.
  • Shall provide crisis response and follow-up non-clinical counseling and interventionin the event ofunit casualties or other serious incidents.
  • All deliverables must meet professional standards and guidelines defined by the organization's commander, the supervising Operational Psychologist, and the APA Practice Guidelines for Operational Psychology.
  • The Operational Psychologist will provide technicalexpertise, consultation, and direct support in the non-clinical areas of assessment andselectionof personnel, operational support, and human performance enhancement.
  • Up to 20% travel throughout the National Capitol Region is required.


The annual salary for this exempt position is $205,300. This salary represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, for eligible positions we offer a variety of benefits including specified holidays, paid leave, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match.
