Job Overview
The Electrical/Mechanical Test Technician is responsible for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and validating electrical and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role performs functional, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical testing of subassemblies and finished products while accurately documenting results, identifying defects, and supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude, a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
