Job Summary Clinical Practice Administrative OpportunityHelp create a seamless experience for patients and care teams. Join a busy clinical practice where your administrative expertise, systems knowledge, and leadership will help keep daily operations running smoothly. Working with minimal supervision, you will support patient visits from scheduling through check-out and serve as a trusted resource for practice staff. This is a non-patient-care position; specific duties may vary by department. What You'll Do *Coordinate patient appointments, maintain accurate scheduling records, respond to routine inquiries, and support check-in and check-out activities. *Complete routine administrative and clerical work for a clinical service or physician practice. *Process patient billing forms, accept co-payments when required, and scan documents into patient medical records/LMR. *Handle, screen, or route messages regarding prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results. *Serve as a "Super User" for scheduling, registration, and billing systems, providing guidance and training to colleagues. *Perform advanced or specialized functions, such as surgical scheduling and schedule changes or blocking, as needed. *Provide functional guidance to Office and Practice Assistants and, in partnership with the Supervisor, help oversee daily staff activities.
