What You'll Do

• Architect and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities that are intricately linked to and directly support the organization's core business objectives.
• Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders and Human Resources teams to strategically identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for critical, hard-to-fill positions across all organizational levels.
• Master the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting sophisticated sourcing strategies and conducting rigorous candidate assessments to expertly managing the offer process.
• Lead comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers, providing invaluable market intelligence and educational insights to ensure crystal-clear alignment on role impact and expectations.
• Proactively discover and deploy the most effective online sourcing channels and orchestrate targeted industry outreach initiatives to engage and captivate high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of candidate quality, essential skills, and cultural alignment, ensuring successful, long-term placements that significantly contribute to the organization's enduring success.

Required Qualifications

• Proven, progressive recruiting experience demonstrating increased levels of responsibility and success.
• Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and executing impactful talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional organizational acumen and superior time management skills, adept at navigating and prioritizing multiple demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding telephone and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build authentic rapport and influence outcomes effectively.
• Profound understanding of current labor market dynamics and talent pools, coupled with the ability to translate this knowledge into strategic insights.
• High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Practical, hands-on experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
