What to Expect
The Coordinator, Workplace Operations owns procurement, inventory discipline, request tracking, and day-to-day execution so teams stay stocked, standards stay visible, and issues close fast. This role is the connective tissue between frontline associate needs and stable site operations.
What You'll Do
- Own procurement and purchase orders in Minerva and WARP, including supply ordering, vendor follow-through, and invoice-ready documentation
- Maintain inventory for breakroom, office, and site supplies, including stock levels, receiving, reorder cadence, and zero stock-outs
- Track and close Flux tickets and ad-hoc requests, and deliver weekly/bi-weekly operational rollups
- Coordinate vendors and site projects, including service follow-through and day-to-day execution
- Uphold site standards, including cleanliness, building standards, site-level ownership, and employee engagement
- Support budget visibility for leadership through PO accuracy, spend tracking, and cost reporting
- Partner with Workplace Operations on coverage, restocks, audits, and program execution
What You'll Bring
- Proven procurement experience, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice-ready documentation
- Hands-on inventory management, including stock control, receiving, reorder cadence, and preventing stock-outs
- High proficiency with procurement, ticketing, and reporting systems (Minerva, WARP, Flux, or similar) and strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal clients, department staff, and vendors
- Strong written and verbal English, with clear operational rollups and tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
