The Senior Business Analyst (Archibus Solutions) serves as the primary functional lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Archibus implementations, enhancements, and operational support across multiple Federal Government client programs. This position works closely with facilities, real property, asset management, workplace, and technology stakeholders to define business requirements, configure Archibus solutions, and drive successful adoption of enterprise facility management technologies. The Senior Business Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for functional understanding of the Archibus platform and is responsible for translating business needs into system configurations and workflows. The role supports both existing Archibus environments and new implementations, including clients operating within FedRAMP-authorized environments and traditional commercial Archibus deployments. This position is fully remote and may support multiple concurrent projects for federal and state governments. Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Advisory
- Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for Archibus across multiple client engagements.
- Advise federal clients on industry best practices related to facilities management, real property, asset management, maintenance management, space management, capital planning, and workplace solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, business process reviews, and solution demonstrations.
- Translate client business requirements into effective Archibus configurations and functional solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on Archibus capabilities, module utilization, data governance, and platform adoption.
- Support executive-level and operational stakeholders with system planning and roadmap development.
Archibus Configuration & Administration
- Configure and maintain Archibus applications to support client business processes.
- Perform front-end configuration activities across common Archibus modules including:
-Table and field configuration -Data model management -Workflow configuration -Business process configuration -Form and console configuration -Role and security administration -Views and reports configuration -Validation and business rules setup
- Coordinate with project management and technical teams for integrations, customizations, reporting, and development activities.
Project Delivery & Client Support
- Support Archibus implementations from requirements definition through deployment and user adoption.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
- Provide demonstrations to clients of OOTB functionality.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support data migration, data quality assessments, and system modernization initiatives.
Federal Environment Support
- Support clients operating in FedRAMP-authorized Archibus environments and traditional commercial deployments.
- Understand federal cybersecurity, governance, and operational considerations impacting enterprise facility management systems.
- Collaborate with program managers, government stakeholders, system administrators, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of business analysis, facilities technology, or enterprise software implementation experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Archibus experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of facility lifecycle management, real property, asset management, maintenance management, and workplace operations.
- Experience configuring Archibus workflows, forms, views, tables, and business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal Government agencies or government contractors.
- Experience with both FedRAMP-hosted and non-FedRAMP Archibus environments.
- Experience with Archibus SaaS, cloud-hosted, and on-premises deployments.
- Knowledge of facility and asset management platforms such as IBM Maximo, Nuvolo, Tririga, Eptura, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting system integrations with ERP, HR, GIS, IWMS, CMMS, or financial systems.
- Familiarity with Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP) requirements.
- Familiarity with facility condition assessment, capital planning, and asset lifecycle management programs.
- Archibus certification(s) preferred.
