The Opportunity: UCF is seeking a Transformational Giving Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to the Transformational Giving, Prospect Development, and Advancement Operations teams by supporting the identification, research, data quality and, advancement of individual prospects and donors with $1 million+ philanthropic capacity. Focused primarily on donors and prospects capable of making a transformational gift to UCF, this position manages CRM data quality efforts and record stewardship while providing intelligence and analytical support to strengthen the pipeline and facilitate successful transformational gift strategies. This position combines data governance, prospect research, and advancement intelligence support to strengthen the identification, qualification, tracking, and cultivation of transformational giving prospects. The role supports fundraising success by maintaining accurate transformational prospect/donor records, conducting wealth and biographical research, and ensuring institutional leadership and front-line fundraisers have access to reliable information for decision-making.
