Due to continued growth and expansion, RK&K is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Development Project Manager to join our team and support our Richmond, VA office. In this leadership role, you will manage land and site development projects of varying sizes throughout the Richmond metropolitan area and Central Virginia, while providing leadership and direction to project teams. For qualified candidates, this position is eligible for relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus. In addition, employees are eligible to participate in RK&K's annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Essential Functions
