The Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Georgia Space Grant Consortium (GSGC) to support the planning, implementation, administration, and communication of statewide STEM education, workforce development, and research programs funded through NASA. This position plays a key role in coordinating program operations; supporting student, faculty, and affiliate activities; managing program communications efforts; organizing meetings and events; maintaining program records; collecting and completing required sponsor annual reporting; and assisting with partnership engagement across Georgia. The GSGC Program Coordinator will work closely with GSGC program leadership, affiliate institutions across the state, students, faculty, and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of consortium initiatives and compliance with program, institute, and sponsor requirements. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Travel is required, including attendance at National and/or Regional Space Grant meetings at least twice annually, typically once during the spring semester and once during the fall semester, in addition to occasional in-state travel for program meetings and events.
