Our Ecoverse division is seeking a Sr. Finance Business Partner to sit at the Avon, OH location. Supporting the Ecoverse General Manager, this leadership team role is primarily focused on driving the financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment of the business and serves as the division's liaison to corporate accounting and finance. This role is highly visible and accountable for delivering monthly financial updates and performance insights to the leadership team, and Alta Corporate, and driving key strategic initiatives to completion.



Key Responsibilities


Financial Planning & Analysis



  • Lead the division's annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational planning.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance variances, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities...and catalyzing the organization to action.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance updates to the business and senior leadership, including KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and strategic commentary.



Operational Finance Leadership



  • Partner with the President and operational leaders to drive margin improvement, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Own and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance.
  • Support pricing strategy, product mix analysis, fleet decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, working capital efficiency, and financial discipline across the division.



Corporate Accounting and Finance Liaison



  • Act as the primary finance interface between the division and corporate accounting.
  • Partner with accounting team on GAAP estimates, where applicable and timely resolve issues regarding reporting and variances between the operations and accounting teams.
  • Partner with finance/treasury team to drive operational understanding and compliance with floorplan limits, interest costs and other floorplan dynamics.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business partnering, or operational finance roles.
  • Experience in capital-intensive industries such as construction equipment, manufacturing, or industrial services.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, OneStream).
  • Proven ability to communicate financial insights to senior executives and drive cross-functional alignment.
