Services & Support Operations Division The Services and Support Operations (SSO) is a global leader of integrated MRO services and support. With our extensive network of service teams worldwide, MRO facilities, proprietary predictive modeling, and advanced systems, we offer 24/7 operational and technical support wherever it's needed. Program Admin (SSO Division - Location: Irvine, CA) Position Summary Conducts analyses of moderate scope and complexity and administers programs or major portions of programs tonsure fulfillment of program obligations, performance goals, and control of program costs. SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION: ____ Has Direct Reports __X__ Does Not Have Direct Reports Essential Functions: 1. Conducts program plan studies of moderate scope and complexity. Prepares budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned program or major portion of a program. 2. Monitors financial status of programs by tracking and analyzing current revenues and expenses and advises management of the projected effect of any modifications to goals or agreements. 3. Establishes and defines project plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum plans. 4. Coordinates cross-functional development of project plans and interfaces with suppliers as required to fulfill project obligations. 5. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends utilizing program management software. 6. Initiates business contacts and correspondence and prepares required documentation to ensure accurate records of program compliance are maintained. 7. Applies continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and customer service and to reduce costs. 8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and/or participating in professional associations. 9. Complies with federal, state, and aerospace industry regulations; ensures adherence to requirements and advises management on needed actions. 10. Shares specialized knowledge with others. Represents company on specific projects. Mentors new employees. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work assignments may include cross-functional or project team responsibilities (e.g., continuous improvement). Qualifications:
