Overview
The onsite Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team and ensuring qualified candidates are hired to support high-volume call center staffing needs. This position provides hands-on leadership to recruiters, monitors recruiting activity and results, and ensures a consistent recruiting process from job posting through onboarding. The Supervisor works closely with site leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and achieve hiring goals.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assign recruiting priorities and monitor progress against hiring goals.
- Ensure recruiters follow established recruiting processes from posting through hire and onboarding.
- Monitor applications, screening, interviews, offers, hires, and onboarding activity.
- Provide regular recruiting updates and reports to leadership.
- Partner with site leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
- Support recruiters with candidate escalations and hiring challenges.
- Coordinate and support hiring events, job fairs, and open interview activities.
- Build relationships with local recruiting sources, workforce centers, schools, and employment agencies.
- Support bilingual recruiting efforts as needed.
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels to attract candidates.
- Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure recruiting activities and hiring practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Proactively source and engage candidates to support hiring needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- 1 year of recruiting leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- Call center, customer service, BPO, or high-volume hourly recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a recruiting team.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Experience with job boards, social media, and internet sourcing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of applicable employment practices and laws.
- Ability to work onsite and support recruiting activities based on business needs.
