The Role: Work Model: Hybrid (Monday - Thursday in office; Friday remote) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours (average 40 hrs/week, with overtime as required) Travel Requirements: Yes, less than 10% Supervisory Responsibilities: No Reports to: Director, Total Rewards *All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Summary / Primary Role: The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining Odyssey's compensation programs, including the annual merit cycle and incentive planning. Acting as an internal consultant, this role partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expertise on compensation, job evaluation, job design, and organizational architecture, ensuring the equitable, data-driven application of standards that align with Odyssey's compensation philosophy and business objectives. What You'll Do: We're looking for a detail-oriented compensation professional who can balance hands-on program administration with data-driven analysis and strong cross-functional consulting skills.
