Your Job

We are currently seeking qualified professionals for the role of Autonomous Operations - Full-Stack Developer, primarily supporting an automated guided vehicle (AGV) software platform. The AGV software platform includes traffic management, SAP/EWM communication modules, and a warehouse/inventory management system that provides fully autonomous movement of inventory throughout our facilities and distribution centers. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on Java development capability with practical full-stack experience. This individual will quickly understand an established software system, recommend sound improvements, and carry work from back-end design through front-end implementation. The role requires collaborative development practices, clear communication, and a self-directed, ownership-oriented approach.

This will be a Hybrid position (1-2 days a week at our TSG center in Atlanta) with up to 25% of travel to facilities across the US.

Our Team

  • Learn the current system architecture, identify opportunities, recommend practical improvements, and implement changes
  • Collaborate with other developers using GitHub Flow methodology
  • Troubleshoot defects, support production use, and improve the reliability and maintainability of existing solutions
  • Supporting an existing in-house analytical toolset (Python & React) in the discrete manufacturing space
  • Utilizing LLM tools to accelerate your workflow in a manner that is sustainable, maintainable, and extensible in the long-term

  • Experience building or working in message-driven, publish-subscribe software systems (NATS, Redis)
  • Ability to quickly understand an existing system, make sound recommendations, and implement improvements across both the back end and front end
  • Self-directed, ownership-oriented work style with the ability to take responsibility for an area, identify needed tasks, and improve it without detailed task-by-task direction
  • Experience using LLM tools (Copilot, Cursor) to enhance your workflow responsibly and professionally
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa sponsorship.
