Job Title: Supply Chain Sr. Associate Duration: 14+ Months (Potential extension) Location: Remote Description: Fully Remote - Standard Hours Ideal Candidate: B.S. 2-3 years of experience. The Supply Chain Senior Associate I role is within the Development Supply Chain Technologies (DSCT) organization. The DSCT team manages clinical customization for SAP/ ERP processes for Clinical Supply Chain Planning, Clinical Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution. The position responsibilities include:
Basic Qualifications Doctorate or master's degree and 2 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR Associate's degree and 10 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Order to Cash functionality. Experience with SAP Plan to Stock functionality. Experience with data query tools such as Cognos. Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM. Experience with computerized system validation testing. Experience with Smartsheet, Copilot. Experience with process automation, RPA implementation and basic AI functionality. Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Basic Qualifications High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR? Associates and 6 months work experience OR? Bachelors Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: * Education & Experience * Meets minimum degree requirement: * Bachelor's + 4 years SAP/IS experience or * Equivalent per listed combinations * General SAP experience (may not be clinical-specific) * Limited or moderate biotech/pharma exposure * Technical Capabilities ? Basic working knowledge of: * SAP transactions * Master data updates * Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) ? Some experience resolving system errors ? Basic reporting tool exposure (Excel, Cognos, etc.) ? Familiar with regulated environments but may not have deep CSV experience * Functional Understanding ? General supply chain understanding ? Exposure to Order to Cash processes ? Limited experience with clinical trial supply complexities * Professional Skills ? Able to manage assigned tickets and tasks ?
