Job Title: IT - Program Manager(M&A, divestiture)

Location : 100% Remote

Duration :- 3 months

Job Description: Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Ministry Market executive leaders and technical stakeholders to ensure strategic technological alignment with organizational objectives
  • Advises and guides business partners and impacted associates during program life cycle
  • Coordinates with operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation while collaborating with diverse internal teams to facilitate delivery
  • Delivers reporting for leadership while overseeing the IT evaluation and ranking workflows
  • Facilitates recurring program governance cadence, including weekly project manager meetings and ad hoc risk/issue resolution sessions
  • Owns program-level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), including oversight of scope, schedule, and financial tracking Leads go-live activities including activation planning, go-live readiness assessments, and Go/No-Go decision support
  • Responsibilities may include coordinating testing of new software configurations in support environments before go-live
  • Identify bugs or workflow problems and report them to IT developers *
  • Work with clinical informatics and support teams to ensure test scripts validating workflows function correctly
  • Utilizes critical thinking to analyze complex program challenges and drive timely, effective decisions in a dynamic environment


Minimum Requirements:

  • Management of Key Strategic Projects for 8+ years
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestiture project management, working with external partners
  • Experience in the healthcare technology space
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mentoring and overseeing of project managers
  • Managed program budgets in excess of $1 million
  • Experience managing budgets
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification or Six Sigma
  • Depending on the work assigned to the contractor, there is a possibility of travel for go-lives.
  • They would be supporting go-lives for about 2 weeks if needed.


Preferences:

  • Ability to gather, analyze and report project data from ServiceNow


Skills/Experience:

  • ? Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations
  • Proven people management and team building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
  • Experience with software development lifecycle
