The Flight Training Scheduler builds and maintains the flight training schedule for instructors, check airmen, students, and line pilots in compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR), CBA, AQP, and internal departmental policy and procedure with optimal resource utilization as a primary goal using automated FTS systems. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in aviation or related field. Minimum Experience Three (3) years related experience in a flight operations environment including eighteen (18) months of flight training/crew scheduling. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of federal aviation regulations required. Knowledge of computerized crew management and flight training systems required. Knowledge of the operation of a personal computer & its applications required. Strong organizational and communications skills required. Job Conditions Available to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: The posting will close on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT.
