How will you fit into the big picture?

This role is open to remote candidates. Thus role bridges strategy and execution - improving decision quality and speed; optimizing how global band strategues are implented across the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner who leads critical initiatives, establishes priorities, measures progress, and communicates with senior stakeholders across Sales and key cross-functional teams.



You will connect strategy to execution across the Growth Office, Supply Chain, Finance, and the Sales Leadership Team, helping advance complex priorities with clarity, pace, and strong stakeholder alignment.


What will you do?

  • Serve as a strategic planning liaison for Customer Office Leadership -- guiding strategic projects from scope and work planning through stakeholder management, progress tracking, and delivery.
  • Create executive-level presentations and communications, including materials for top-to-top customer meetings, senior leadership forums, and town halls.
  • Lead scenario modeling, business case development, and agile problem solving for high-priority commercial / customer issues from end-to-end.
  • Support annual planning and execution of the three-year strategic plan for U.S. Sales.

Minimum Education & Requirements

5-7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, sales, category management, and/or commercial operator roles. Demonstrated commercial acumen, analytical and strategic capabilities, and success leading complex cross-functional projects are required. Experience in CPG or food, sales, category management, and/or management consulting is highly valued.


Bachelor's degree required.
