Clinical Social Work Supervisor Department: Case Coordination Position Summary The Clinical Social Work Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision for social work services across the hospital, with a focus on vulnerable patient populations in the Emergency Department, Women and Infant Services, and inpatient units. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality psychosocial care, supporting staff development, and advancing the mission, vision, and values of Sibley Memorial Hospital. The Supervisor collaborates with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary team members to improve patient care, resolve barriers to discharge and treatment, and promote positive patient and family outcomes. Salary Range: Minimum 43.42/hour - Maximum 75.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
