Position Summary

The Digital and IT Senior Analyst will be responsible for defining business processes, aligning technical solutions to business strategy and the enablement, deployment and support of our Digital Selling Application Portfolio, with our current major key focus area, the Salesforce Partner Relationship Management portal dedicated to Parker's Distributor network. Along with Rebate Management, Case Management, Claim Management, Quoting and Pricing.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Leads directly, or co-leads, complex and/or global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results that meet deadlines; provide guidance to project resources within and across multiple teams as needed, ensuring standard deployment of functionality and processes worldwide.

  • Performs system analysis, interprets data to identify gaps in technology or processes and makes recommendations within the IT and/or business function.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of new technologies/services including communication and reporting to key stakeholders on status and project closure.

  • Develop relationships with business partners and collaborate on future capabilities and enhancements.

  • Communicates decisions & formalize recommendations impacting area of responsibility to manager and business partners and key stakeholders where appropriate.

  • Point of contact assisting with most communications and project expectations with 3rd party IT and service vendors.

  • Manages own priorities and provides direction, guidance and mentoring to team members.

  • Delivers multiple solutions while managing conflicting priorities and resources.

  • Creating application testing and training documentation, best practice guides and general user documentation.

  • Conducts knowledge transfer and/or cross training with team members.

  • Empowering and encouraging team members to provide feedback on ideas that deliver quality solutions.

  • Support existing live locations user base.

  • Available to provide after-hours technical support as needed.

  • Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (Or international equivalent)

  • Business application experience, ideally with a Sales and Marketing focus.

  • Core business and business systems experience and the candidates should be willing to cross train to new technologies.

  • Sales and marketing application experience including CRM and content management.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM in general, Experience Cloud is preferred.

  • Quoting/Pricing and/or Rebate management experience would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to explore a multitude of resources to aid resolution are essential.

  • 5+ years related IT experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.

  • An adaptable approach and the ability to work in a global team are pre-requisites
