We are seeking an experienced R&D Senior Manager to lead the Stockpile Engineering & Nuclear Deterrence Product Realization Group (2210). In this pivotal role, you will provide visionary leadership and management across critical Nuclear Deterrence areas, focusing on production realization and sustainment. This group is responsible for leading product realization efforts for the Mk21 Fuze, W76, W88 Alt 370, and Integrated Surety Architecture, along with associated development/sustainment activities such as D5LE2, Building 809 operations, and System Integration leadership across weapon systems. This includes managing key interfaces with Pantex and KCNSC. Key among the programs anticipated for this group is the leadership of the new HDBT Phase 2 program. Our mission centers on delivering excellenceensuring the on-time, safe, and secure delivery of all services and products that support stockpile modernization and sustainment programs. $193,000 - $328,200 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential. Qualifications We Require

We lead the Stockpile Management mission with contributions across all phases of the weapon lifecycle. Likewise, the Stockpile Engineering & Nuclear Deterrence Product Realization Group (2210) leads key Nuclear Deterrence product realization and sustainment activities with Systems Engineering and Systems Integration excellence. Systems Integration activities are foundational to the Groups role within the ND Portfolio. The group includes a diverse set of programs that spans core sustainment, modernization, and accelerated product realization. Position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q security clearance to start, or equivalent active security clearance with another U.S. government agency (e.g., DOD).
