To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com. Position Summary:NFP is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager II to join its growing Indianapolis benefits practice. This role serves as a critical partner to Consultants and Producers, helping manage a sophisticated portfolio of employer clients while acting as the primary day-to-day contact for many client relationships. The Account Manager II is responsible for the execution of key client deliverables, renewal and marketing activities, implementation projects, vendor coordination, and ongoing service needs, ensuring clients receive proactive, high-quality support throughout the year. Ideal candidates will bring strong employee benefits knowledge, experience managing sophisticated accounts, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and carrier partners. Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction and Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
Project and Deliverable Management: Own the delivery and execution of all client deliverables, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met.
Vendor and Shared Services Coordination:
Compliance and Regulatory Support:
Renewal and Marketing Process: Handle the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, negotiating with carriers and recommending renewal actions. Develop and implement marketing plans in collaboration with Consultants and Analysts. Client Resources: Update employee and client communications and ensure all information is current after enrollment or coverage changes. Enter client data promptly into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). The base salary range for this position is $58,600 - $95,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
