Coordinate activities impacting recruiting, employee development and talent management supporting Messer's cultures & values and employee engagement. Support strategic planning and key program activities. Liaise with country and regional representatives around the world for employee training and engagement. Execute shared calendar of events with regions. Help regions and countries embody the company's vision and program for greater employee experience, including a focus on education and engagement. Identify change needs, leadership and engagement gaps, and best practices and needs for common themes to focus on across all regions. Support sharing of best practices and lessons learned. Support preparation of internal and external events and presentations. Ensure regions implement mechanisms for employee feedback and employee circles, among others. Roll out global programs such as surveys, human capital strategic planning, training and reporting, including identifying training that matches organization needs, working with procurement for request for proposals, tracking participation, and managing budgets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field and one year of experience in human resources or employee engagement.

* Alternatively, three years of experience in human resources or employee engagement.

* Experience with implementing large-scale transformative programs.

* Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives.

* Experience with project management (scoping, stakeholder management, delivering on time and on scope), cultural change, change management (communication with multiple levels of the organization).

* Experience in the gas industry implementing cultural transformation programs.

* Experience leading, engaging and influencing multiple levels of management.

* Communication experience translating business objectives to HR program needs.

* Experience reporting HR data.

* Experience with identifying relevant content and training needs to support inclusive leadership and inclusive culture.

* Experience leading cross functional teams.

* Experience working with employee engagement and company culture change management.

* 30% international travel.

Salary: $117,260.00 to $195,520.00 per year

Benefits: Messer provides medical, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance and paid time off as well as other voluntary benefits, such as, long term disability in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Plans. Employees are eligible to enroll in Messer's 401(k) Plan. Employees may be eligible to participate in the company's bonus program
