Job Description The Site Construction Subdivision at Kesselring Site is a first class organization consisting of Project Managers, Project Analysts, Project Engineers, and Subcontract Technical Representatives dedicated to all phases of construction project execution including: Pre job scoping Facilities design Project scheduling Ensuring technical building compliance Safe field execution This team consistently leverages a collaborative approach that integrates expertise from various disciplines, resulting in innovative solutions and efficient project delivery. Our commitment to quality and safety sets a high standard for construction practices. This position is for Unit Manager of the Facilities Construction Engineering (FCE) unit. This unit is specifically responsible for providing in field oversight of subcontractors executing both investment and operating funded construction projects. FCE plays a vital role in maintaining progress and resolving challenges that arise during construction, ensuring projects meet our technical and schedule requirements. This position is demanding and rewarding, supporting a talented professional workforce that is highly engaged in all phases of construction. The selected candidate will be expected to foster an environment of teaming across multiple organizations, promote learning and teaching, and actively support schedule adherence, technical rigor, and safe work practices to ensure efficient project execution. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating team members and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field; or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Pay Range $129,300.00 - $206,100.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
