What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Shared Services team. This role follows a fully remote work model. What you'll be challenged to do: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable interpreting documentation, working with data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Review and interpret client contracts to identify insurance requirements and compliance obligations.
- Issue insurance certificates that align with client-specific contractual terms and conditions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with insurance-related clauses and requirements within contracts.
- Manage a high volume of time-sensitive insurance certificate requests and contract reviews.
- Maintain accurate insurance documentation, records, and supporting files for audit and reference purposes.
- Work within spreadsheets to track contract and insurance data, using simple formulas in Excel to organize and analyze information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify contract terms and resolve insurance-related questions.
- Verify that all issued insurance certificates meet current contractual requirements and are updated as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support contract and insurance processes.
Education | Experience:
What you will bring to our firm:
- 3-5 years of experience that demonstrates the ability to carry out the technical and administrative functions described above.
- Experience reviewing contracts, insurance certificates, or compliance documentation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and using basic Excel formulas to organize and maintain data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a remote team.
What we prefer you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent related experience.
- Experience working with contracts, insurance certificates, risk management, or compliance processes.
- Database application skills; HRIS experience is a plus.
- Experience with document management systems or contract management software is a plus.
Compensation: $55,000 - $59,000, Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
