This hybrid Systems Engineering and Control Account Manager (CAM) position is an exciting opportunity supporting task order execution for the Command and Control Consolidated System within the C?SAR program, based in Colorado Springs, CO. The role combines technical systems engineering responsibilities with programmatic cost, schedule, and scope management, making it ideal for a candidate interested in developing both technical and business/program execution skills. As part of our engineering team, the candidate will assist with requirements analysis, system design activities, reliability assessments, hardware/software integration support, risk management, and updates to system documentation. This position is well-suited for someone looking to grow their systems engineering abilities through training, mentorship, and hands?on experience while contributing to well-defined technical tasks. In parallel with engineering duties, the candidate will serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for managing Task Order scope, schedule, and cost performance for assigned control accounts in alignment with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. This includes coordinating with developers, test teams, and onsite user support personnel to track progress, support financial inputs, and ensure program commitments are met. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across both engineering and program execution domains, requiring clear communication skills, strong organizational capability, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving technical and contract requirements.
