Overview
The Reference lab technician has primary responsibility of assuring reference lab specimens are transported, registered, properly ordered, labeled, and meet integrity for testing as well as support for other duties as assigned. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate registration of patient orders by transcribing and processing demographic, financial and clinical information.
Prioritizes, anticipates, and provides timely and accurate registrations in order to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
Develops and maintains job knowledge to preform job duties.
Vehicle Use and Procurement and transportation of specimens, supplies, and mail.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $19.25per hour - $31.19per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
