About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your design expertise will directly influence the visual identity of a world-renowned technology brand and its diverse portfolio. As a key member of a small, embedded creative team, you will be instrumental in bringing design systems, typography, and visual identity to life across a wide array of brand touchpoints. This is a hands-on execution role for a designer who deeply values craft and consistency, and whose work will help build breakthrough campaigns and bring cutting-edge technology stories to life for audiences around the world. Your contributions will be essential in shaping how this innovative brand is perceived in culture and in the market, making a tangible impact on its global presence and ensuring its visual identity remains compelling and consistent.

Responsibilities



  • Design within and help maintain the brand's established design systems, consistently applying typography, layout, and visual identity guidelines across all projects.
  • Produce compelling key visuals, campaign assets, versatile templates, and essential brand collateral for both the master brand and its various sub-brands.
  • Manage photography assets, including sourcing, art directing, precise cropping, and expert retouching of images to align with brand guidelines and key visual language.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate strategic creative direction into polished, on-brand execution.
  • Develop and update templates, comprehensive guideline documents, and accessible asset libraries to empower the broader organization to apply the brand correctly and efficiently.
  • Work effectively with other designers on the team, providing constructive feedback and upholding a consistent standard of quality across all deliverables.
  • Incorporate feedback from creative and stakeholder reviews with agility and thoughtfulness, iterating designs to achieve optimal results.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in typography, layout, and visual design relevant to the brand's technology category, ensuring the brand remains fresh and cutting-edge.


Qualifications



  • 3-6 years of dedicated experience in visual or brand design, ideally gained within an in-house, agency, or embedded team setting.
  • Exceptional typography and layout skills, coupled with an outstanding eye for detail and unwavering consistency.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively within established design systems and strict brand guidelines.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working with photography, encompassing direction, selection, cropping, and basic retouching techniques.
  • A compelling professional portfolio that showcases a diverse range of work across various brand touchpoints and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort in both receiving and effectively applying creative direction.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience designing for leading technology or consumer electronics brands.
  • Experience working across a multi-brand or sub-brand portfolio.
  • Familiarity with maintaining brand asset libraries or comprehensive design system documentation.
