Aquent is seeking a highly creative and dynamic Motion Graphic Designer to join a leading entertainment company, a global powerhouse in streaming and content creation. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of high-profile entertainment content, directly impacting how millions experience beloved movies and TV shows. This is an incredible opportunity to bring your artistic vision to life, working on marketing campaigns that captivate audiences worldwide and define the aesthetic of a major streaming platform.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to contribute to a world-class team, focusing on creating compelling motion graphic design and animation. You will play a crucial role in developing creative assets for single-title marketing campaigns, multi-title brand promotions, and the overall streaming platform experience. Your work will directly influence the visual narrative for original movies and TV shows, ensuring every piece of content resonates with audiences and upholds the highest standards of design excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Visually communicate the company's brand aesthetics across video and digital marketing content, including trailers, TV spots, sizzle reels, brand promos, and social media pieces.
  • Collaborate and execute creative, engaging design and motion that effectively translates the tone and message of both the company and its diverse range of shows.
  • Work closely with project and production management to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of all creative assets.
  • Translate project goals into captivating creative solutions that position the streaming platform and individual titles effectively to consumers, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strive for consistency in all motion graphic designs, adhering to brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Champion creative excellence and innovation, enhancing project profiles, strengthening the company brand, and fostering team spirit.
  • Partner with editors, creative directors, producers, and project managers to estimate and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Contribute to graphic resizing initiatives and brand work, including creating visual looks and enhancing the streaming platform's user interface.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking candidates who embody a bias for action, earn trust through their work, and consistently deliver results.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design within the streaming, film, or television marketing industry.
  • Advanced skills in design and animation software and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Maya and/or Cinema 4D.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work for a streamer or agency, with a focus on entertainment (television, multi-title brand, movies) rather than product-centric design.
  • Excellent style frames and typography skills, including experience with toolkits.
  • Expertise in Mac operating systems and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities, tight deadlines, and daily time constraints.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in designing and creating multiple campaigns for both print and on-air.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Current knowledge of AI tooling and applications for motion graphic design.
  • Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.
  • Experience navigating complex internal and external creative partnerships.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
