POSITION SUMMARY: The Home Infusion Clinical Liaison drives patient recruitment, referral growth, and provider engagement for the Home Infusion service across the Boston Medical Center Health System while executing patient advocacy functions throughout the continuum of care. Operating under administrative direction as a non-management professional, this role serves as the central intermediary among referral sources, interdisciplinary clinical care teams, patients, and caregivers to accelerate awareness, utilization, and community access to specialized home infusion therapies. By executing programmatic outreach, structured clinical education, and transition-of-care coordination, the position expands systemic referral pipelines, accelerates onboarding timelines, optimizes community health outcomes, and advances organizational initiatives focused on delivering equitable, patient-centered care. Compensation Range: $43.03- $62.50This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
