As a Security Officer Armed Perimeter Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to access-control and site concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a mission-focused environment. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established armed response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain required firearms qualifications and comply with all applicable laws, client requirements, and Allied Universal policies related to armed security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
