We're hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Includes one weekend shift every other month.

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate has experience with general property maintenance and can confidently perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC-related repairs.

Responsibilities



  • Perform general repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, cooling, and building equipment.
  • Complete daily equipment checks to help ensure proper and safe operation.
  • Test emergency equipment and maintain accurate inspection and testing logs.
  • Identify and report needed equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Keep mechanical rooms and maintenance work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Provide courteous, professional service while supporting a positive community environment.
  • Demonstrate C.A.R.E. First values: Compassionate Acts Reflecting Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of property maintenance experience required; experience in multifamily housing, senior living, healthcare, or a similar setting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and respond professionally to maintenance needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have one year of experience in property maintenance, preferably in multi-family, senior community or healthcare environment
  • Must have technical knowledge of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling
