Your Job

Molex is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to play a key role in a high-visibility initiative that is transforming how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with our products worldwide. As Molex undertakes a significant product portfolio and digital transformation initiative, this role will help bring complex technical products to market by creating scalable content and digital experiences that serve customers around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven marketing professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and wants to make a visible impact. Working within an Agile marketing team, you'll collaborate across the organization to support product launches, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, improve customer experiences, and help shape the future of product marketing at Molex.

Our Team

You will join a global, cross-functional marketing team supporting high-visibility initiatives that are shaping the future of Molex's digital customer experience. Partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments, you'll help shape how customers interact with Molex products through digital experiences, product content, go-to-market initiatives, and product launch activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships across the business and making a measurable impact on strategic initiatives. Beyond the role itself, the relationships, business knowledge, and skills developed here can create opportunities across Molex and the broader Koch enterprise.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with product divisions and business stakeholders to translate business priorities and product requirements into actionable marketing plans and project briefs.
  • Drive successful product launches by ensuring marketing assets, product content, technical documentation, imagery, CAD models, and product data are available and syndicated through distribution and component aggregator channels.
  • Develop and maintain compelling product webpages and digital content that accurately communicate product features, benefits, specifications, and application information.
  • Create detailed creative briefs and business requirements that enable content, web, and design teams to efficiently execute marketing deliverables.
  • Manage work intake, prioritization, and execution within the marketing workflow, ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives and launch timelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global and cross-functional teams by communicating project updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and removing barriers to execution.
  • Analyze project, workflow, and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive greater team effectiveness.
  • Support Agile marketing processes, including daily team standups, sprint planning, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in product marketing, product launches, or related marketing activities within the high-tech electronics industry through employment, internships, cooperative education programs, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience creating project requirements, creative briefs, marketing content requests, workflows, or similar documentation that enables cross-functional project execution.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leveraging technology, business systems, data, and process improvements to increase efficiency and support informed decision-making.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 2-3+ years of experience in product marketing, product launches, or related marketing activities within the high-tech electronics industry.
  • Experience using Wrike or similar project and work management platforms to manage workflows, resources, and project execution.
  • Experience within electronics, connector, component manufacturing, aerospace and defense, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting complex product portfolio integrations, product launches, digital transformation initiatives, or website content migrations.
  • Experience developing reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Pragmatic Marketing certification, or similar credentials.
  • Understanding of engineering, supply chain, procurement, and technical buyer personas, along with experience supporting product marketing, product management, sales enablement, or distribution activities within highly technical B2B environments.
  • Passion for improving customer experience and advocating for product marketing best practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to periodically collaborate with stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia.
