This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals. Utilizes various sourcing strategies and resources; builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. This position acts as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers. May travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid role: Resource is required to come into Canton or Merriweather 1 - 3 times per month.

Essential Functions
  • Develops recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the recruiting experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers (25%).
  • Coordinates with the implementation of strategies for recruiting diverse talent (15%).
  • Works closely with hiring managers, building trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process (10%).
  • Evaluates recruiting pool to identify future sourcing needs and implements proactive recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines for future vacancies (10%).
  • Proactively source and network with potential candidates in the marketplace (10%).
  • Assists in the organizing and logistics of recruitment and marketing events (10%).
  • Represents the organization internally and externally at events, job fairs, college recruitment functions with a goal of networking/relationship building with potential candidates and community outreach programs (10%).
  • Ensures recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws (5%).
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Leadership with development and implementation of specific projects (5%).
