We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join Procore's Project Execution product team. In this role, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the future of Procore's Safety product, leveraging advanced workflows, native mobile experiences, data analysis and artificial intelligence to transform job-site safety management. Your goals include executing against core safety roadmap, identifying new market opportunities, pioneering AI-driven safety capabilities, and leading cross-functional teams to ship impactful solutions at high velocity.

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll partner with engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales leadership to discover, validate, and launch next-generation product features. This position will require you to use your deep market domain expertise, AI literacy, and exceptional communication skills to elevate product thinking across the organization and deliver fast, measurable value to our customers. This position reports into the Group Product Manager, Project Execution and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

What you'll do:

  • Define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Procore's Safety portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Identify high-impact applications for artificial intelligence and machine learning within safety workflows to proactively mitigate jobsite hazards.

  • Build compelling business cases for expansion into new product areas by conducting rigorous market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product design, platform and product marketing teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing product features with speed and precision.

  • Uplevel product management frameworks and strategic thinking across the broader product org through mentorship, domain expertise, and operational best practices.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions clearly to internal executives, external stakeholders, customers, and industry partners.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, user engagement metrics, and customer feedback to iteratively refine features and measure business impact.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful launch plans, field enablement, and strong market adoption.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.

  • Proven track record of evaluating, building, and scaling AI-driven product solutions from ideation to launch.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct deep market research, perform quantitative analysis, and articulate business cases for new market entry.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a history of influencing executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong bias for action with a track record of rapid, high-quality execution in agile development environments.

  • Immaculate collaborative mindset with an empathetic approach to partnering with customers, design, engineering, and business teams.

  • Knowledge of or experience within the construction tech, jobsite safety, or occupational health and safety (EHS) domains is preferred.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

198,240.00 - 272,580.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
