Advantage Resourcing is hiring for an Equipment Associate in Sulphur, LA, where you will be working for the largest equipment rental company in the world.

As an Equipment Associate your primary objective will be to provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff and other branch personnel engaged in meeting the needs of customers. Your strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude will make you an asset to our branch and entire organization. Assist with cleaning and power washing equipment, building modular equipment, loading and unloading trucks for deliveries, and preparing equipment for rental. Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order. Greet customers and assist with customer inquiries as needed.

Schedule: 1^st shift

Pay: $14/hr.

This position requires the candidate to be able to work in a group setting and display teamwork qualities, have effective communication, and be able to multi-task, demonstrate thorough attention to detail, possess interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
