Provide support services to line operators. Understand and use proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying. Follow inspection and packaging procedures. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Experience with inspection, packaging, or assembly processes is a plus Job Duties Provide support services to line operators Perform proper post-plating rinsing and drying procedures Follow inspection and packaging procedures to ensure product quality Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Learn and apply racking techniques to optimize product quality and quantity Build racks to maximize production output for new products Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Must be able to lift up to lbs.
