Schedule: 40 hours/week About the Opportunity: We're seeking a Multimedia Technician to provide hands-on technical support for A/V systems, computers, printers, mobile devices, and collaboration technology. You'll support meetings, corporate events, public outreach programs, and other high-visibility events while troubleshooting equipment and helping users get the most from their technology. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Install, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audio/visual equipment, including projectors, mixers, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and live broadcasting encoders. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for computers, laptops, multifunction printers, scanners, plotters, phones, and handheld devices. Set up, operate, and break down A/V equipment for meetings, board sessions, corporate events, public outreach activities, and other internal or external events. Create troubleshooting procedures, technical documentation, and end-user training materials while identifying opportunities to improve support processes. Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, relocation, maintenance, and vendor services, while participating in an on-call rotation for 24/7 support as needed. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of audio / visual equipment including LCD/LED TV's, projectors and PA Systems. 2+ years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of multifunctional printers, scanners, and plotters. 2+ years of experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and email. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. A+ Certification, Networking + Certification. Basic knowledge in the field of Audio / Visual. Basic Knowledge in the field of reprographics. Familiar with working in a tiered support structure organization. Ability to follow directions and analyze problems to deliver results. Basic knowledge of PC Networking concepts and terminology, with a familiarity of Windows Active Directory.
