Overview LMI seeks a Real Property Functional Subject Matter Expert to support an Army client within the Asset Management Division. This position is focused on improving real property and Construction in Progress (CIP) data quality, capital asset visibility, and stakeholder reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep project controls experience on large capital programs and strong familiarity with Army real property systems, policies, and reporting processes. This position is part of the team supporting the Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program, delivering innovative solutions that enable critical Army logistics and sustainment missions. Responsibilities The candidate will serve as a real property and asset management SME, supporting enterprise asset accountability, data quality, and reporting processes for real property and CIP. Duties include advising and training stakeholders and installations on improvements to business rules, workflows, and systems. Specific responsibilities may include:
Maintain and validate real property inventory using GFEBS and related Army real property systems (e.g., ASIP, ePRISMS, HQIIS, ISRWeb, RPLANS, E-SMS); review and update real property and CIP records in accordance with established reporting cycles.

The target salary range for this position is $101,000-$174,000. The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
