The Engineering & Operations Research Division is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role supports division leadership with communications, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of day-to-day operational activities. You'll work with building occupants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to help ensure projects, programs, and communications stay on track. Work Arrangement - On-site; Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift. DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education - Work requires knowledge of basic mathematical, research and communications principles normally acquired through two years of postsecondary education. Experience - Work generally requires four (4) years of clerical or research experience to acquire strong skills in administrative or project research responsibilities as well as accepted office management, communications and research practices. A bachelor's degree in a field of study directly related to the specific position may be substituted for the education and two years of the experience requirement. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $21.20 to USD $31.24.
