The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a Senior Energy Program Manager to lead and deliver energy management, auditing, and mechanical systems assessment support for federal clients. The Program Manager will oversee energy programs, coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, manage client communications, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical products aligned with federal energy mandates and agency priorities. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level experience supporting federal facilities, with Department of Defense or Department of War experience strongly preferred, and demonstrated success delivering ASHRAE Level II energy audits, mechanical system assessments, energy conservation measure identification, and implementation planning. Experience with smart building technologies, building automation systems, utility data analysis, and federal reporting requirements is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of related energy, facilities, or engineering program experience. Required Experience & Skills
